H&S Residence is licensed by the State of Minnesota as an Assisted Living provider. H&S Residence provides professional and paraprofessional nursing services directly to assisted living residents using a person-centered planning and service delivery process in conjunction with its published Uniform Disclosure of Assisted Living Services and Amenities.
Delegated Tasks to Unlicensed Personnel (Home Health Aide) services are provided by and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and include assistance with medications, treatments, and therapies.
